			Titans, also known as cityformers, Metrotitans, or Megamasters, are gigantic 'bots, capable of transforming into colossal starships and even entire cities. More powerful than even the strongest combiner and capable of bringing an entire army's worth of firepower to bear, Titans are living arsenals of exotic weapons and arcane technologies that outmatch a score of lesser Cybertronians. Indeed, one of the only things capable of stopping a Titan is another Titan—the reason why both Autobots and Decepticons across the multiverse have sought to recruit these mighty warriors into their ranks—and when Titans do clash, the fallout from their apocalyptic battles can prove devastating.<br>
			Although few Transformers can meaningfully interact with a hibernating Titan, the Camien tradition known as "cityspeaking" allows normal-sized Transformers to communicate with these beings by observing the readouts of their colossal brain modules.<br>

			Unicron is the eternal arch-enemy of his twin brother Primus. Also known as the Lord of Chaos, the Chaos Bringer, and the Planet Eater, he is dedicated to consuming the multiverse. His massive form is powered by the consumption of planets, moons, stars, and even the very fabric of existence. Unicron will not be sated until his ultimate goal is attained: to bring an end to the annoying creation boasting independence around him, and find peace by becoming the living center of a swirling, infinite torrent of nothingness at the end of all things.<br>
			To undertake this seemingly overwhelming task, Unicron is able to travel across realities at will, a meandering plague upon existence itself. Integrated into his systems are incomprehensible quantum computers which calculate probabilities forward and backwards in time, in perpetuity, giving his processors an ever changing, evolving map of the multiverse. With these abilities at his disposal, Unicron has thus far devoured approximately 22.56% of known universes. Seen at a detached distance from the multiverse, this collective "Unicron Phenomenon" acts with the characteristics of a virus or plague seeping through reality, succeeding where it can, retreating when it cannot. Various permutations of Unicron can spawn into existence outside the trappings of the larger entity, hailing from a more mundane origin but possessing the same consumptive traits.[5] For much of multiversal history, the singularity Unicron threatened all of existence, but now, that is no longer the case, and versions of Unicron are now restricted to their own dimensions.<br>
			Within Unicron is a set of organic caverns strewn with his internal defenses. Those unlucky enough to be consumed by Unicron are captured and dissolved in putrid acid pools. Deep within Unicron is his core.<br>
			The only thing that he fears is Primus's essence, contained inside the Matrix. To a being of chaos and uncreation, this font of life is a poison.<br>
			Frequently, Unicron will make deals with lesser beings, promising them vast new powers in exchange for their servitude. These minions are sometimes stripped entirely of their free will, but others follow him willingly. Service to Unicron, however, is a double-edged sword, for it causes insanity and loss of self. And in the end, Unicron's plans ultimately call for their consumption as well.<br>

At times he has been deceived by mere mortals, has made miscalculations which jeopardized all of existence, and has been betrayed by one of his earliest creations. 			Twelve million years ago, Primus was the first Transformer on Cybertron. It marked by his unique serial number of "000000001" and the ability to generate the miraculous photonic crystals that made up the Matrix of Leadership, and capable of housing sparks. Primus was followed by four others like him, and together they formed the group that would become known as the Guiding Hand. The Unremembering Cybertronian mythology would later tell that the singular Primus became the Hand by "split[ting] his essence" into five vessels, although it remains unknown how closely this tale aligns with real events. These first five robots would go on to see the hot spots ignite, giving rise to the first generation of Cybertronian life, the group of Transformers that later generations of Cybertronians would remember as the "Knights of Cybertron."<br>
			Under the benevolent guidance of the Hand, the Knights of Cybertron were responsible for building the first of many Transformer civilizations to come, a golden age of peace and prosperity — and one that would ultimately come to an end during the disastrous event known as the "God War." Worried that their increasingly utopian lifestyle would ultimately result in the stagnation of the species and prevent their ascension to the "Higher Realms," Adaptus urged the other members of the Guiding Hand to take up arms and wage war against the galaxy. When Primus refused, Adaptus waged war against his comrades; though the four allies were able to defeat Adaptus, he retreated to Luna One and blasted the planet with an electromagnetic pulse that would leave the inhabitants of Cybertron confused and disoriented while he refitted the moon with planetary engines to make his escape. As a result, the four members of the Guiding Hand were robbed of their identities and memories, giving rise to the neurological condition known as "information creep", and as Cybertronain civilization reasserted itself, the four would inherit conventional names, believing themselves no different from the many other Transformers on Cybertron.<br>
