Terrorism Investigation Taskforce Armed Neutralizers. The World Government's elite response and oversight team. Given a very high budget, and access to most governments' resources, the TITAN group has become a world power in their own right, conducting oversight missions on any nations, allied or otherwise, and stamping out perceived terrorism wherever they find it. They are known as ruthless to those deemed enemies. The notable members of TITAN are in fact collected from various nations' Mobile Weapons divisions, to form their elite. In reality, a lot of their elites and heads of operations were placed there through financial support and political maneuvering.

Chimera

Chimera is a new group dedicated to restoring order and peace on their world, and they intend to use the power of the Spheres to do it. The Uroboros incident has given them the opportunity and motivation to change the world, for better.. or for worse.
A special operations unit of the New Earth Federation headed by Colonel, later, Brigadier General Edel Bernal, their mission is to unite the chaotic world after the dimensional collapse, but are also intent on ruling the world as a totalitarian dictatorship by controlling all information through the Universal Network (read: the Internet).
