While they have few production facilities, the ability to steal Mobile Suits the A-LAWS kept away from Celestial Being and the EFF, as well as the Granshario's technology, and Unsichtbar's knowledge, the Vedas are a force to be reckoned with, because of their ability to maximize their limited options.
Elite Mobile Suits
Commanding officers or the crew of the Vedas's ships, these are unique and high-performance Mobile Suits. They are the backbone of the Vedas' forces, and have been for years. Some of them are variations on their original suits, and other are recreations based on data from the time of Unsichtbar. Others still are among their respective timelines' more powerful Mobile Suits. Despite this, these are mostly irreplaceable. If any are destroyed, they would be hard to rebuild, but they can be repaired on a fairly regular basis.

Librarian Works Mobile Suits
Librarian Works is an organization associated with the shadowy group known as "The Clan", and inherits its data after its collapse. Around C.E. 73, the group launches simultaneous attacks against Lowe Guele of the Junk Guild, Rondo Mina Sahaku of the Orb Union and the mercenary organisation Serpent Tail. In addition, they also target multiple Earth Alliance and ZAFT bases all across the world as well as the PLANTS. The organization has no interest in world domination, only acting according to their own unique set of values and aim to mass-produce the strongest MS pilot(s) in the world using their Carbon Human technology.
Their scale as an organization is unclear, but they have vast amount of data on Mobile Weapons developed to date, and detailed data on ace pilots, up to and including genetic material. Using this data, they strengthen and redesign existing MS for their own use and create Carbon Humans of the most highly skilled pilots - mostly, but not exclusively, of aces who were killed in battle. Because they possess data even beyond military levels, they have several MS which have been improved beyond what the major military powers of the Earth Sphere are capable of. The organization's headquarters is located on an asteroid.

New Titans
Ironically, despite being formed with the intention of hunting down Zeon remnants and suppressing future Zeon uprisings, the majority of mobile suits utilized by the Titans feature distinctly Zeon-inspired designs. This is because many of them were developed by Anaheim Electronics after their acquisition of the many mobile suit developers employed by Zeon during the One Year War.

New Desides Mobile Suits

On January 29, U.C. 0088, A group of junior officers in the Titans Mobile Suit Instructor Corps stationed at the remote asteroid Pezun near Side 2 (L4) stage a rebellion led by Brave Cod against the AEUG allied command of the facility in order to further their own ambitions. In response to this action, the Earth Federation government forms Task Force Alpha, a small force of EFSF, AEUG, and Karaba veterans in order to deal with this issue. In order to assist the task force, the Federation assigned the MSA-0011 S Gundam to the task force to complete the operation before the rebellion begins to spread to other locations.

Innovade Mobile Suits

Combat-Type Innovades are one of the Innovade Types created by Celestial Being for the purpose of serving in combat during Aeolia Schenberg's Plan. They possess abilities and physique better than any ordinary humans, thanks to Quantum Brainwaves and nanomachines built into them. They were made to be "better," thus the sentiment of being superior were not surprising to stem out among them. However, as this sentiment began to grow strong, a contradiction also became apparent. Despite being superior, they were meant to serve humanity according to Aeolia's Plan. The purpose of serving a lowly species was a painful reality to some of the proud combat-types.

Magicians 8 Mecha

The Vagan X-Rounder unit "Magicians 8" was an eight-member battle group led by Dole Frost. Although the fellowship was tight, there was a strong sense of elitism, and there were many who directly disagreed with their superior, Zeheart Galette. They boarded the xvv-xcm Zedas M, which was designed for X-Rounders, and operated it together with the "Psycomet Mu-szell," which amplified X-Rounders' abilities, to maximize their capabilities. They first went into action during the "Battle of Big Ring," flying in formation of two to three machines. They demonstrated outstanding teamwork, and were successful in annihilating an entire squadron of Federation Force MS. However, during the battle against the Space Station Asgard, they were destroyed during Ezelcant's last ditch effort to destroy the Asgard Forces. However, their bio-patterns had been studied and copied by Ribbons Almark, and he used his Innovade technology to recreate them, using their X-Rounder abilities to re-link their souls, lost without gravity, to their new bodies.

Mass Production Unit Forces
The Vedas do not have the numbers of a regular army, and mass producing Bring Stability and Divine Nova clones is no longer a viable option. As such, they have complemented their numbers with Mobile Dolls, as it is easier to manufacture those than train pilots from the ground up in the use of another Mobile Suit type, such as training a Universal Century World pilot learn how to pilot a Cosmic Era World or After Colony World Mobile Suit.

Mobile Doll Forces
Developed by OZ's Colonel Tubarov, a loyal supporter of the Romefeller Foundation at OZ's Lunar Base, the Mobile Doll System uses a powerful computer system equipped in a mobile suit that allows it to act on its own without a human pilot. Through this method not only would it help prevent Romefeller from sacrificing the lives of their pilots, but it also would prevent them from using poorly skilled pilots in battle. The Mobile Dolls were deadly in battle, because they had faster reaction times than human pilots.
There were two paths that could make Mobile Suit combat a reality: the human pilot would be eliminated entirely, making the MS an unmanned weapon or the pilots themselves would be altered to make them perform better. The former concept evolved into the MOBILE DOLL (MD) program, short for MOBILE Direct Operational Lead Labor. Mobile Dolls required an operating system to be installed on the MS, and some sort of command software outside the MS that would feed orders to it. They could be controlled directly or left to their onboard Artificial Intelligence (AI). Operators need not be fully trained pilots as the AI handles the nuances of control.
Some people saw the creation of unmanned combat MS as a solution to the warfare that long plagued the Earth Sphere. Without the casualties that resulted from traditional combat, the most horrifying aspect of war, death, was all but removed. But the MD was fundamentally a weapon of mass destruction, and when the human element is removed from that destruction, warfare becomes all the more meaningless. The MD project was funded by the Romefeller Foundation who used MD to take over the UESA. Through the mass-production of MD, they could maintain and expand their command of the Earth sphere without needing to train new pilots. OZ, the group who most relied on manned MS, did not like the move towards unmanned suits, and its leader, Treize, fought against their use by the Foundation. While he proved, at the time, that a human pilot was still superior to an AI, development of MD continued.
The Mobile Doll program was originally tested on a handful of antiquated Leos, although these test models had to be teathered to an external computer in order to function. The first mass-produced MD were modified Tauruses, which still contained cockpits. The first exclusively MD-controlled mobile suit was the OZ-02MD Virgo, based on the designs of the Mercurius and Vayeate. It was later succeeded by the WF-02MD Virgo II, which has improved mobility and defensive ability as well as more variety of weapons.

Mobile Armors
Mobile Armors (MA) are similar to mobile suits in technology and operation, but vary tremendously in design. Mobile armors are almost always significantly larger than mobile suits, and non-humanoid in appearance as well. Due to their larger size, they frequently equip more powerful energy sources than other vehicles of the same era, giving them the ability to mount more energy-intensive equipment such as large directed-energy weapons or powerful defensive systems. Their large size also makes them capable of using equipment that is too bulky to fit into mobile suits.
Because of the increased cost of building a mobile armor as compared to a mobile suit, they are rarely deployed in large numbers. They are usually operated as solo units, with tactics more closely resembling those of a warship than a mobile suit. However, exceptions have been known to occur, and groups of mobile armors operating in conjunction are extremely effective. Although OZ-13MS Gundam Epyon and OZ-19MASX Gundam Griepe's transformed mode are classified as mobile armor mode, there is no official mobile armor in After Colony timeline. In Correct Century, although JMA-0530 Walking Dome has characteristic of mobile armor, it's classified as a mobile suit. Similarly in Advanced Generation, Sid and Xvx-ooo Gurdolin are classified as mobile suit despite the appearance of Mobile Armor.
