Bellheather is a smug brat whose mental state is best described as “unstable”. She tends to develop dangerous obsessions over whoever she develops a crush on.

Bloody Twister: Bellheather latches onto the target with Spine Slayer, then whirls them around in the air repeatedly.

Chaos Chain Ricochet: Bellheather whips Spine Slayer’s chain around at high speeds all around her opponent, sending the bear trap ricocheting off various nearby surfaces before it finally clamps onto the target. Usually only used indoors or when surrounded by a lot of surfaces.
