Bear Earth Explosion: Shaila slams her hands into the ground, channeling Earth chakra to create a series of explosive bear paw prints that erupt from the ground beneath the enemy. These are forceful enough to send opponents flying or cause significant damage to structures. The paw prints can be directed in a pattern or sequence.
Roaring Wall: Shaila summons a wall of earth in the shape of a bear's face with open jaws. This can be used to block incoming attacks, but Shaila can also direct it to clamp shut on opponents who get too close.
Bear Earth Wave: Shaila channels Earth chakra into the ground, creating a wave of earth shaped like a charging bear. This wave can be sent towards enemies, sweeping them off their feet and crushing them under its weight, creating barriers or trenches as it moves.

Kyuma Ryoku: She can tap into the immense physical strength of a bear, granting her superhuman strength. This allows her to lift heavy objects, and her punches and kicks become so powerful that they can shatter stone and crack metal.
Kuma Kawa: Shaila can temporarily harden her skin, making it as tough as a bear's hide. This gives her enhanced durability and resistance to physical attacks. This also makes her more resistant to the cold and heat.
Kuma Yūgure: Bears are more active during the twilight hours of the day. At this time, her senses are sharpened and her physical abilities are greatly enhanced.
