Photon Power Laboratory.

The Photon Power Laboratory is a laboratory founded by Juzo Kabuto on the very place where he discovered the Japanium element, which in turn lead to the use of Super Alloy Z and Photonic Energy. After Juzo retired to work on the Mazinger Z, the lab went under the management of Yanosuke Yumi. After discovering Japanium, Juzo founded the Photon Lab to study it further for its applicable uses. After the events that took place on Bardos, Juzo secretly made modifications to the laboratory with Tsubasa Nishikiori. These modifications were later completed by Juzo's successor Prof. Yumi. As Dr. Hell's Mechanical Beasts appeared, more robots such as the Mazinger Army and special attachments like the Jet Scrander were developed. As the final battle with Dr. Hell commenced, Prof. Yumi showed the hidden form of the Photon Lab, the Photon Power Fortress, a large mobile fortress with a powerful photon cannon. However, the Fortress was rendered useless in the battle with Dr. Hell.
The Photon Lab has a hangar for robots that are being developed or in storage for later deployment. A central room monitors what goes on outside the laboratory. For defense, the Lab has a barrier and missile launchers in a perimeter. Prof. Yumi can also have the Lab self-destruct through the push of a switch, but rather than completely destroy the lab, the Photon Lab merely assumes its fortress state. After blowing off the outer shell, the Photon Lab assumes its mobile fortress state. Prof. Yumi stated that it was made specifically for when Bardos shows its true form. The Fortress is armed with a large cannon that shoot Photon energy that can destroy a Mechanical Beast in just one blast.

Kurogane House

The Kurogane House is an inn founded and owned by Tsubasa Nishikiori. While it appears to be a regular inn on the outside, it features several hidden and technologically advanced features such as a hangar for the Hover Pilder. Some of its staff are also highly trained combatants. The Kurogane House is at first glance a standard Japanese-styled inn with rooms decorated with tatami floors, futons, and meals delivered on small trays. There are also hot springs for guests to relax in for both men and women. Beneath the exterior is a hidden hangar that stores the Hover Pilder and weapons made or used with Super Alloy Z and Photonic Energy. The hangar also has a chemical lab used by Tsubasa.
Most staff in the Kurogane House are dressed in traditional Japanese kimono and provide service to their guests when needed. Despite their appearances, some are also combatants who prepare for most circumstances. The strongest fighters among the staff however are the Kurogane 5, personally handpicked by Tsubasa.

Preventers

The Preventer is a top secret intelligence organization formed by the Earth Sphere Unified Nation, to prevent conflicts from escalating. Each Preventer agent is assigned a codename based on one of the classical elements. In A.C. 196, after the end of the Eve Wars and the founding of the Earth Sphere Unified Nation, the Preventer was created as an intelligence agency that answers directly to the ESUN President. The existence of the Preventer was highly classified, known only to the ESUN President and several key members of the government, since the existence of an armed peacekeeping force goes against the pacifist ideals of the ESUN.
The mission statement of the Preventer is the preservation of peace and prevention of conflicts in the Earth sphere. In order to accomplish this goal, the Preventer worked tirelessly to destroy excessive weapons (known as "kindling") and to stop large scale insurrections and terrorist activities (known as "fire disasters") before they start. Because of this, they are also referred to as the "Firefighters" (火消し). The organization was headquartered in Brussels, the capital of the ESUN. In addition, it controlled a lunar base, where at least one cruiser was stationed.

MO-V Colony

MO-V is a resource satellite, industrial colony, and space exploration outpost located at the edge of Lagrange Point 5.[1] It is the primary setting of New Mobile Report Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-Unit. It possesses a population of 100,000.
Though it was originally going to be a major port for extra-planetary travel, the untimely death of Mark Bernett has led to MO-V reorganizing its functions and to specialize in the manufacturing of mobile suits. Swayed by Lady Une's speeches to the colonies as part of OZ's effort to bring them into the fold, MO-V's leadership signs on almost immediately and decides to join them. However, its exact usefulness to OZ is debated until their reconnaissance learns that the colony has built powerful new prototype mobile suits called G-UNITs. Upon discovering this, the Romefeller Foundation orders the special forces group OZ Prize to capture the G-UNITs while forbidding any regular members of OZ from investigating. In the ensuing war, OZ Prize completely isolates the colony from the outside world by jamming all of MO-V's communication lines, embroiling it in a conflict for its very survival.

Orb Union

Orb Union.

Orb is a nation whose territory encompasses several islands to the east of New Guinea. The official name of the mainland is Yalafath, where the Orb capital, Olofat, is located. Despite its small size and lack of natural resources, Orb has considerable industrial and military power. This is due to an abundant supply of geothermal energy thanks to its numerous active volcanoes, access to advanced technology, and laws granting nondiscrimination to Coordinators, which causes several Coordinator scientists to live at Orb. In the past, it was a settlement to a large number of Japanese immigrants. The official language is Japanese. The Island nation itself controls its own Mass Driver, called "Kaguya", the space colony Heliopolis, which serves as a resource satellite, and also another space military satellite Ame-no-Mihashira. Because of Orb's relative political and economic stability and stance as a neutral nation, it is known as the "Land of Peace."

Kusanagi Crew

The Kusanagi Corps was a military unit serving aboard the Izumo-class warship, the Kusanagi. Originally composed of the remnants of the Orb National Defense Force, the Kusanagi Corps acted independently of the nation following Orb’s surrender to the Earth Alliance in the aftermath of the Battle of Orb. Initially allied with the Archangel Corps, the unit later formed part of the Three Ships Alliance, and carried the bulk of the organization’s mobile suit forces. After the First Alliance-PLANT War and the reinstatement of the Orb Union’s sovereignty, the Kusanagi Corps was reintegrated into the Orb Military, and assigned to the Second Space Fleet.
During the First Alliance-PLANT War, the Kusanagi Corps was under the command of Cagalli Yula Athha, with Ledonir Kisaka serving as the Kusanagi’s captain. During the Second Alliance-PLANT War, Colonel Soga was appointed Captain of the Kusanagi.During the First Alliance-PLANT War, the Kusanagi Corp’s mobile suit forces were composed of ten MBF-M1 M1 Astrays, led by the M1 Astray Team, and later added the MBF-02 Strike Rouge. During the Second Alliance-PLANT War, the M1 Astrays were supplemented by the newer MVF-M11C Murasame.

ZAFT is a military organization and the official military of the PLANT colonies. Unlike the Earth Alliance' OMNI Enforcer, ZAFT is a militia made up of civilian volunteers and thus has no formal hierachy. Instead the "ranks" of its members are distinguished by the colors of the uniforms, while people in leading positions are referred to as "commander" and "captain" in a respectful way. Most ZAFT forces are organized into independent teams which are named after their commanders. Since nearly all ZAFT members are Coordinators, they are able to fight the numerically superior EA forces on equal grounds, thanks to their superior physical and mental abilities. ZAFT is controlled by the PLANT Supreme Council, with its members reporting directly to the chairman of the National Defense Committee.

Minerva Corps

The Minerva is the first new ZAFT warship constructed since the previous war. Specially designed for use with Second Stage series mobile suits, it is equipped with a deuterion beam transmitter that can instantly recharge these machines, as well as a complex system of hangars and catapults for launching the components of the ZGMF-X56S Impulse Gundam. The Minerva is also a formidable warship in its own right thanks to its powerful weapons, high speed, and ability to enter the atmosphere and operate on Earth.

Earth Sphere Federation Forces

Formed in A.D. 2311, the Earth Sphere Federation is created as the successor of the United Nations. Similarly, the ESF Army is the successor of the United Nations Forces and was created in A.D.2312 after an agreement from the then-328 member states of the Federation. The ESF Army was often called the 'Regular Forces' to differentiate themselves from the Autonomous Peace-Keeping Force (A-Laws).
Following the defeat of the A-Laws and the Innovators, the ESF Army is reformed with the immediate disbandment of the A-Laws branch. Many former A-Laws personnel are also granted amnesty by the new Federation administration and allowed to rejoin the ESF Army. The ESF Army also gained control over the Celestial Being which contained the quantum processing unit Veda. During inspection of the area surrounding the Celestial Being as well as internal inspections, the ESF Army found the remaining units of the Innovators' mass production Mobile Suit GNZ-004 Gaga as well as the wreckage of GNMA-0001V Regnant, an Innovator-designed Mobile Armor. With these units and the Celestial Being in their control, the ESF Army begun to upgrade their military forces.

The house the Queen of the Moon belongs to, occupying the Royal Palace in the city of Genganam. The current Queen, Dianna, is much loved by most of the Moonrace. The Soriel family is responsible for building and maintaining the agricultural satellite Mistletoe. Dianna aims to establish a Sunbelt Fiefdom in the Sunbelt Region of North Ameria, for the Moonrace returning to Earth.

Elsior Crew

The 'Elsior' (エルシオール Erushioru), alternatively the Elle-Ciel, is the ceremonial ship housed by the White Moon and primarily used for celebratory functions. The coup d'etat orchestrated by Eonia Transbaal forced it into military service, serving as the carrier ship for the Emblem Frames of the Moon Angel Troupe. Originally commanded by General Luft Weizen of the Transbaal Empire's military forces, it became more well-known for its actions under the command of Tact Mayers.

Moon Angel Troupe

Moon Angel Emblem

They piloted the EDEN-type Emblem Frames who were initially assigned to be the guardians of the White Moon. Their duties eventually became that of the vanguard of the Transbaal Military as they were called into active duty during the events of Eonia's Coup and were led by the Admiral Luft Weizen and stationed on the Elsior on a mission to escort the last surviving member of the royal family to safety. Luft handed down this duty and privilege to lead the unit to Tact Mayers.
Recognized for their victory against Eonia's coup against overwhelming odds, the Moon Angel Wing received further acclaim and became legends after defending the Transbaal Empire from the Val-Fasq invasion and defeating the Val-Fasq once and for all on their homeworld, subsequently preventing the apocalypse by negating the Chrono Quake Bomb. The unit was disbanded with the discovery of new Emblem Frames in the parallel universe of NEUE in TCY 417 and was succeeded by the Rune Angel Troupe. While disbanded, they still continued to fight against the conflicts in the neighboring universe and assisted their successors on many occasions. While originally a team of five, Karasuma Chitose entered service in the early stages of the Val-Fasq invasion following Eonia's coup. Forte Stollen acted as the unit's leader.

Luxiole Battleship

The Luxiole is the warship based on the Elsior and acte as its echnical superior and successor. It is the main flagship for the events of Galaxy Angel II and houses the crew of the Eden Armed Forces and later the United Parallel Worlds but most importantly, the Rune Angel Troupe and their Emblem Frames. It was originally commanded by "Hero of the Empire" Tact Mayers before he was made the Chief of the UPW whereupon he passed down the mantle of command to his longtime friend and subordinate, Coco.

The Rune Angel Troupe or Rune Angel Wing is the successor unit to the legendary Moon Angel Wing that was formed in the dawn of the new age with the discovery of the parallel universe of NEUE and its own Emblem Frames. They were under the command of Brigadier General and "The Legendary Hero of EDEN" Tact Mayers and stationed on the Luxiole. While the original Moon Angel Wing was found with 5 members and later joined by the 6th, the Rune Angel Wing had an erratic timing for each member as the Elsior initially toured the NEUE universe to discover the Emblem Frames and find the individuals capable of piloting them. The technical "founding members" trained by Forte were Rico, Nano, and Lily before more joined their ranks in the following years.
After the events of Verel's insurrection, the Rune Angel Wing who were originally under the orders from Tact (aligned with EDEN) were reassigned to the UPW and acted independently from EDEN and NEUE. Tact still held the most authority as the UPW's Chief and he passed down the mantle of command to Coco to become the Luxiole's new commander. The Rune Angel Wing then saved NEUE once again from the Three Marquis and later acted as NEUE's primary fighting force against the Will invasion. Lily acted as the team's captain but with her absence and with Kazuya's accomplishments preceding her return, he was given the title of leader with no objections from the former.

Gebler is the special military force of Solaris used to conduct operations on the ground of the Xenogears planet. Soldiers and candidates are selected through Jugend Military Academy. Gebler manipulated the war between Aveh and Kislev by assisting Aveh, giving them an edge over KIslev in military technology, such as Gears.Its leader was originally Vanderkam, but Ramsus and the Elements quickly took over ground operations. Elly was an elite member of the Aveh branch of Gebler, and was the leader of the mission to recover the Weltall.
