Earth Sphere Federation
The Earth Sphere Federation has established a pacifist policy in order to make up for the atrocities committed by A-Laws and the Innovators. Peace reigned throughout Earth but only because the government was fearful of using any military action as the people were still recovering from the full extent of the actions carried out by the A-Laws. Eventually, the ESF discovers newly emerging Innovators throughout the world and began to carry out research and experimentals on them aboard the Celestial Being. Veda had also been helping the ESF with its information control policies.

Earth Sphere Federation Army
Formed in A.D. 2311, the Earth Sphere Federation is created as the successor of the United Nations. Similarly, the ESF Army is the successor of the United Nations Forces and was created in A.D.2312 after an agreement from the then-328 member states of the Federation. The ESF Army was often called the 'Regular Forces' to differentiate themselves from the Autonomous Peace-Keeping Force (A-Laws).
Following the defeat of the A-Laws and the Innovators, the ESF Army is reformed with the immediate disbandment of the A-Laws branch. Many former A-Laws personnel are also granted amnesty by the new Federation administration and allowed to rejoin the ESF Army. The ESF Army also gained control over the Celestial Being which contained the quantum processing unit Veda. During inspection of the area surrounding the Celestial Being as well as internal inspections, the ESF Army found the remaining units of the Innovators' mass production Mobile Suit GNZ-004 Gaga as well as the wreckage of GNMA-0001V Regnant, an Innovator-designed Mobile Armor. With these units and the Celestial Being in their control, the ESF Army begun to upgrade their military forces.

Celestial Being
Celestial Being is a paramilitary organization founded by GN technology pioneer and scientist, Aeolia Schenberg, approximately 200 years ago, under the ideology of ending global conflict using a line of revolutionary mobile weapons known as 'Gundams'. In his lifetime, Aeolia Schenberg gathered and developed the resources needed to realize his vision, central to which is the creation and use of five fully functional GN Drives.

Fereshete
Fereshte (Persian: فرشته lit. "angel") is a secret support branch within Celestial Being first proposed by Chall Acustica in A.D 2302. While Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters are the organization's public face, Fereshte operatives stick to the shadows.

Innovades
The Innovades are living bio terminals created by Celestial Being to help Veda implement Aeolia's Plan into its many phases. The exact time when the Innovades were first created is not yet known; however, their existence into human society dates back up to 2185 AD. They are created using a set of genetic templates gathered from various human donors. The templates are marked with numbers, with examples being Ribbons Almark's 0026 and Tieria Erde's 0988.
Veda assigned different tasks to different Innovades; some Innovades are sent to different kinds of missions, actively completing the tasks Veda has sent them to do, while others are integrated to live in human society in order to monitor and understand humanity. Though most of them are clueless of what they really are, Innovades know of Aeolia's Plan and exist as beings who carry it out. In general, the Innovades are supposed to help humanity set out to space and evolve into Innovators; through their exceptional abilities, the Innovades are to act as a bridge to lessen the tensions that will be brought up by space colonization and by the Innovation that humanity will face in the future. This will also prepare humanity for the expected dialogues with other life forms in space.

Union of Solar Energy and Free Nations
The Union is a supranational politico-economic community consisting of the Organization of American States, Australasia, and Japan. It controls the first-completed of the three orbital elevators, located in South America. Each member nation retains political autonomy and decisions in the Union are made by a parliament of representatives; however the United States is the Union's effective leader controlling the distribution of solar energy and the majority of the Union's military. Each member nation is allowed to maintain their own military force within their borders.

Human Reform League
The Human Reform League is a supranational politico-economic community consisting of China, Russia, the nations of South Asia (India and Bangladesh, with the exception of Afghanistan and Pakistan), Mongolia, the member states of the ASEAN, Timor Leste, Papua New Guinea, the Korean Peninsula, and Taiwan. It controls the second-completed of the three orbital elevators. The chairperson who serves as the head of government resides in the capital, which is located somewhere in China. The HRL currently operates the space colony, Quanqiu, at Lagrange Point L4, where one of the laboratories of the Super Soldier Special Duty Organization was situated prior to its destruction at the hands of Celestial Being.

Advanced European Union
The Advanced European Union is a supranational politico-economic community consisting of Iceland, the islands of the Barents Sea, Greenland, Anatolia, European Russia and most of the traditional continent of Europe. Its institutional makeup is comparable to that of the real-world European Union. Despite the AEU's control of the presently incomplete orbital elevator tower in Africa, it possesses very little territory on that continent. The community operates under the arbitration of a parliamentary body.

Autonomous Peace-Keeping Force - A-LAWS
Having splintered off the main army, A-Laws answers only to the government. Their mission is to further unify nations, but their ideals and tactics are a facade of oppression, causing destruction to any nation that doesn't submit to the ESF. This information has been kept secret from the public, but those who knew the truth rebelled and created Katharon. Granted special powers by the Federation government, the A-Laws have near total authority over all of the Federation's operations. This enables them to reprimand senior regular army officers, regardless of rank. Also, there are officers who are licensed, who can do whatever they please.
