Following his return from a coma, Tony Stark founded the company Stark Unlimited as a think tank for future technologies, as well as an ideas incubator for the Iron Man Armor. It was headquartered in a skyscraper located in Washington Square Park. Stark Unlimited also served as a conglomerate, absorbing as subsidiaries several other Stark companies, such as Stark Solutions, Stark Resilient and Stark International.

LexCorp

Originally founded as an aerospace engineering firm, LexCorp has become one of the world's largest, most diversified multinational corporations. Under the astute - some would say, ruthless - management of its founder, Lex Luthor, LexCorp grew and prospered, absorbing scores of smaller businesses. While still in its original offices on the top floor of Metropolis' famed Daily Planet building, LexCorp made its first acquisitions of two then-struggling airlines, Inter-Continental Airlines and Atlantic Coast Air Systems (since renamed LexAir). As LexCorp subsidiaries, the airlines began to prosper. And when rising profits were threatened by fuel shortages, LexCorp bought out Southwestern Petroleum, now known as LexOil.
For a brief period, the Daily Planet and its building themselves came under the ownership of LexCorp, but Luthor quickly became disenchanted with what he considered the low profit margins of the newspaper business. He moved LexCorp's offices into a new high-rise building and began buying up downtown properties in preparation for the day when LexCorp would build its own corporate headquarters. LexCorp soon bought out a Metropolis television station and acquired a satellite transmission company, linking both under the corporation's new LexCom subsidiary as SuperStation WLEX. With a potentially worldwide electronic communications out-let under the LexCorp umbrella, Luthor soon sold the Planet, building and all, to TransNational Enterprises. In time, LexCorp gained controlling interest in no fewer than three banks - the Metropolis Mercantile Bank, Commerce Bank of Metropolis, and First Metro Security - and moved into all the major financial markets, absorbing new holdings worldwide.

New Acquisitions Department

Nicole Callahan reached out to like-minded, and like-abled people to offer them well paying jobs, especially after the Darkseid War, to help with the expansion of LexCorp businesses. She uses them for dinners, luncheons, and business meetings, with the goal of softening up competitors or potential investors and get them interested in joining her, selling to her, or going in joint ventures with her.

Wayne Enterprises

Wayne Enterprises is a multinational company, majority owned by Bruce Wayne. Through two World Wars and the great recessions the company has come through and with the help of Lucius Fox it now stands as the forerunner in many fields of technology. WayneCorp changed its name to Wayne Enterprises in the 1980's. It has been able to rejuvenate itself many times and has been able to survive and stand tall even after the Cataclysm and the Billion Dollar Build-Up where its efforts were far greater than LexCorp's.
The company spans the globe and is a large power in the global marketplace and even though the Billion-Dollar Build-Up was a large strain on Wayne Enterprises, it has quickly bounced back to be a true force to be reckoned within the global community. Its main headquarters are in the Wayne Tower in Gotham. There are branch offices and headquarters all over the world, with the second-largest office tower in New York City. Of course, Wayne Enterprises is much more than just a place for Bruce Wayne to make money. It is the best way for Batman to get information, news, and rumors from the corporate world. The companies of today are nations unto themselves and they are great forces to be reckoned with. There is also the fact that even though Bruce Wayne is a jet-setting playboy, he works too and Wayne Enterprises gives a great cover story for zipping to wherever and whenever. At some point, Wayne Enterprises acquired Kord Industries.

Oscorp & Alchemax

Oscorp (NYSE: OZ) is an American multinational corporation. It is headquartered in Oscorp Tower in Manhattan, New York City. Formerly known as Osborn Industries, Oscorp's President and CEO was billionaire industrialist Norman Osborn. It was created and run by its CEO, Norman Osborn. Norman studied chemistry and electrical engineering in college. He also took a number of courses in business administration. Norman Osborn's teacher Professor Mendel Stromm formed the business partnership. Since Norman put up the bulk of the financing, they called their company Osborn Chemical, or Oscorp. Oscorp eventually came under the control of Liz Allan's Alchemax,[1] though Osborn later re-established a new Oscorp as an independent corporation.

Alchemax

Alchemax is an American multinational chemical corporation headquartered at Alchemax Tower, New York. Alchemax provides chemical, plastic, and agricultural products and services to consumer markets that include food, transportation, health and medicine, personal care. The President and CEO of Alchemax is industrialist Liz Allan. The company was created after Liz Allan's company "Allan Chemical" was merged with stocks inherited by her son Normie from Oscorp, the last remaining properties of Horizon Lab after its destruction and the resources of Humanitech Robotics Inc., establishing it under the new name of "Alchemax".
It was later revealed that Norman Osborn, under the guise of "Mason Banks," created the corporation in order to leave a strong empire for his grandson and establish an empire for the Osborn legacy. Following his defeat, Osborn was able to escape custody due to Liz "accidentally" activating a Spider-Sense jammer, prompting Spider-Man to keep tabs on them. Also, Spider-Man (Michael O'Mara), Ty Stone's future grandson from a timeline where Alchemax controlled society, started working undercover in the nascent Alchemax.

Halo Corporation

The Halo Corporation came into existence when the WildC.A.T.s were first created and has continued to serve as the team's source of income and hi-tech equipment. It was founded in the early 90’s by Emp (going by the name Jacob Marlowe) after Void found him (living on the street at the time) and told him of his Kherubim heritage. She also told him that he’d need to form a team (the WildC.A.T.s) to stop a coming threat. The Halo Corporation was the front for the team and was where all the members of the worked as far as any government agencies were concerned.
Other than the first few issues of WildC.A.T.s, the Halo Corporation stayed in the background, only being mentioned as a base for the group and not as anything on its own. The company was still there though, and Emp's silent partner, Miles Tsabo was keeping an eye on it. After the events of Homecoming Emp returned to Earth and was finished with the WildC.A.T.s and Halo. He gave up the company and left it to Savant and Mr. Majestic. This didn't last long though, and Savant and Majestic soon left the WildC.A.T.s and control of Halo was returned to Emp (after Void wiped his mind of the things he'd learned on Khera that had caused him to quit in the first place). Almost as soon as Emp was put back in charge however, Miles Tsabo decided to step in and take over the company.

Hammer Industries

Hammer Industries (NYSE: HMR) is an British global aerospace, defense, security and advanced technologies company with worldwide interests. It is headquartered in London, UK. Hammer Industries employs thousands people with facilities all over the world. The President and CEO of Hammer Industries was billionaire industrialist Justin Hammer. Now his daughter and granddaughter, Justine and Sasha Hammer, are in charge. Hammer Industries was the international design and manufacturing firm founded by Justin Hammer, and became one of the leading weapons suppliers in the world after Stark International moved out of weapons production.
Once Justin Hammer died, and years later, Justine Hammer (Hammer's daughter) re-established Hammer Industries into a newer multi-million dollar weapons supplier known as Detroit Steel along with her daughter, Sasha. The mother-daughter combo teamed up with corrupt generals, soldiers and technology-powered super-terrorists such as the Spymaster and one Ezekiel Stane - whom Sasha was dating. It is also revealed that Sasha's father was Iron Man's old nemesis The Mandarin. As a family, The Mandarin, The Hammers and Stane aimed to ruin and discredit Tony Stark as he established his new company Stark Resilient. Following Justine's death at the hands of Sasha in revenge for what the Mandarin had done to Ezekiel, the company's fate is unknown. It was mentioned that Hammer Industries tried to bid on the renovated Baxter Building alongside Alchemax and Roxxon.

Xanatos Enterprises

Xanatos Enterprises is the giant corporation created and run by David Xanatos. The Eyrie Building in New York City is its headquarters. Its known divisions include PackMedia Studios (an entertainment division that produced The Pack), Gen-U-Tech Systems (which covers genetic engineering), the Scarab Corporation (which deals with robotics), and Xanatos Construction. Another area that Xanatos Enterprises has expanded into is weaponry (such as the particle beam accelerators which Tony Dracon stole). The company may also be developing the technology that created the Matrix for more mundane, industrial exploits. Xanatos Enterprises also owns the lease of the oil rig located near Black Rock Point. Sevarius and Lexington have indicated that the company is involved in the selling of junk bonds and engages in shady business deals. In addition to Xanatos's Helicopter, it also has a corporate jet.

Mercury Medical

Mercury Medical is a cutting-edge pharmaceutical and biomedical technology company publicly known for its pioneering work in gene therapy, neural regeneration, and synthetic biology. Privately, it serves as a covert operations front for Gunnar Golmen. Funded by a web of shell corporations and enhanced by access to alien and interdimensional technology, Mercury Medical conducts high-risk experimentation that blurs ethical and legal boundaries. Its R&D division is spearheaded by Tyrone Cash, the brilliant but volatile scientist who transformed himself into a Hulk-like powerhouse. Under Cash’s leadership, the company pursues aggressive enhancement programs, bio-weaponization research, and forbidden genetic manipulation—all beneath a sanitized, philanthropic corporate veneer. While the world sees Mercury Medical as a revolutionary force in human advancement, those who dig too deep often disappear... or come back different.
