She has a sort of closed personality, when it comes to revealing herself to others. She does tend to be friendly on most terms though, but can turn into a bitch if she has to or feels like it. It is usually unknown what she will do next, as she can switch from kind to mean in an instant, and not look it really.

Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing

Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking

A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique

Henge no Jutsu is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill in the series, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Note, her two fans only amount to the same strength as two stars of the three star'd fan. Her attacks are not as powerful or as wide spread, but can still do damage.

She can pull out a series of kunai, and make them float in the air, and launch them at her opponent. She can also use other objects if need be. (Explosion notes, simple hand held objects.) Also, she can do this with her fans, making them hover in the air if need be, but she can not use the following wind attacks with them if she does.

Dust Wind/Ninpou Fuusajin

She uses one fan to create a gust of wind at her enemy, sometimes also used to send dirt or other substances into their face.

Twin Dust Wind/Ninpou Fuusajin, Tsuin

She uses two fans for the same thing as above, but it has a stronger effect. This can also be used to stop incoming weapons from hitting her.

Sickling Winds/Ninpou Kamaitachi

She uses one fan to use the wind as blades, cutting through whatever is in front of her with the wind itself.

Twin Sickling Winds/Ninpou Kamaitachi, Tsuin

She uses two fans for the same thing as above, and it has an added gust of wind to it.

Tornado Thrust/Ninpou Tatsumaki Tsuppari

She uses both fans to form two streams of air, wrapping them together to form a tornado she can control either veritcally or horizontally or diagonally. This will send the opponent into the air and carry him/her wherever Itoshi wishes him/her to go.

Tornado Slice/Ninpou Tatsumaki Kire

Same as above, but wind blades are included in the attack, cutting the enemy as they are trapped in the tornado.

Tornado Storm/Ninpou Tatsumaki Arashi

Same as above, but she includes kunai in the attack as well.

Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu - Shadow Neck Bind Technique

Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique the clan member will first bind their target using the Kage Mane no Jutsu technique. Once the target can no longer move, they form the needed hand seal to initiate this technique. The clan member uses their shadow to form a hand which will creep up their opponents body to their neck. Once the hand reaches the neck, it will constrict in such a manner so as to strangle the opponent. However, the clan member will need to be careful. If their target has a lot of chakra, they can turn back the shadow hand and prevent it from binding their neck.

Kage Mane no Jutsu - Shadow Imitation Technique

Kage Mane no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. It's original purpose was as a skill to help delay any pursuers. After forming the needed hand seals, the clan member is able to manipulate their shadow along any surface. By using other nearby shadows they can further extend the reach of their shadow, however they are limited to the surface area of the original cast shadow. Once the clan members shadow reaches the target shadow, it will attach itself. While attached the target will be frozen, only able to replicate in mirror form the actions of the clan member. If the clan member is low on chakra, the Kage Mane will falter and the shadow will return to its normal form.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique

Being a forbidden and advanced NinJutsu, few people know this technique perfectly. It is listed in the Scroll of Seals, but still some advanced ninjas (such as Kakashi) know this technique. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu; the main function is to create clones.

WEAKNESSES

Though she is great for defense and offense, if someone gets past her abilities and goes for a hand to hand fight, and she has no weapons, she will not win this fight at all. She is unable to keep up in a pure taijutsu fight.

She has an overly abundant amount of chakra, and a great ability to control it, but once she is out of chakra, she can only depend on her close range fan use.

She also considers other peoples lives to being more important than her own, and will put herself on the line if it means saving someone.
