Niflheim

It is a mostly barren frozen kingdom populated by ice spirits. Their traditions dictate that those who appear in their realm (not the shimmering expanse) and accept the position will be their ruler. The ruler also has the ability to shape and create things in Niflheim as they will - construct and destroy things within the land of Niflheim. Izumi Saotome appeared in Niflheim a couple months ago and realized that there was a war. At first she was able to have peace due to the surprise of her appearance but shortly, Muspelheim troops started pushing through the shimmering expanse to get to Niflheim. Propaganda by the extremist group The Blue Templars are a huge catalyst to keep the war going on in full force. Eletian has visited Niflheim a few times already (BY SNEAKING) for negotiation talks (according to Izumi) but nothing ever seems to get done.
