Cybernet

A organisation created and lead by the megalomaniac Giger. This group of Cyborg terrorists are interested on world domination. They are often opposed to Youngblood and Team Youngblood, especially when they succeed to take control of the Liberty II space station. In "Youngblood: Reborn", they are secretly reintroduced as BryneTEC, the software company behind the Help! app for amateur superheroes. Cybernet was secretly reintroduced to the world as the BryneTEC, an software company owned by two brothers - Rudolf and Hans Bryne. They secretly convinced Dolante Murray (secretly as the hacker Bloodstream) to expose very dirty little secret behind Youngblood after their leader Sentinel was exposed as murderer. When Youngblood disbanded, BryneTEC was able to manipulate Diehard to become president of the United States. From there, they began their master plan: slave trading superheroes to foreign nations. The Bryne brothers created the Help! app - the world's only user-managed self-protection application for amateur superheroes to become the new generation of superheroes. Covertly, they rounded up the top users against their will to foreigners. When Help! user Man-Up was lured into a false rescue request and turned up "missing", his friend Gunner rounded up a new Youngblood team consisting of Murray, Shaft, Doc Rocket, Supreme and Badrock to investigate disappearance of all Help! app users. When Shaft joins the investigation, he discovers that BryneTEC is an anagram for Cybernet.
Whether accurate or not, they have recruited many cyborgs, first with Giger and Maddox coming to a long-since-due reconciliation, and second with converting to a more spiritual, cult-like recruitement, promising the following to those who join them: "From Flesh, Weakness. From Steel, Eternity."

Quarrymen

Preying upon the fear and vulnerability of a public still reeling from the revelation that gargoyles existed in Manhattan, Castaway lured a number of New York citizens, including Billy and Susan's mom (unsuccessfully), Vinnie Grigori (for a short time), Lou, and Chaz into his organization, and employed Banquo and Fleance as officers to train these recruits for battle. [2] Under his leadership, the Quarrymen now search New York City for gargoyles, hoping to destroy or at least contain them.
By Halloween 1997, the gargoyles had made inroads into the public's good graces and Castaway felt the need to provoke them into showing "their true colors". They held a rally at the same party that the gargoyles were attending with the intent to attack the gargoyles and any of their human allies, plus any "humans foolish enough to costume as a gargoyle". Their goal was publicity in the hopes of recruiting more humans to the Quarrymen.

Secret Society of Supervillains

The original Secret Society of Super-Villains, also known as the SSoSV for short or simply as either the Secret Society or the Society, was a super-villain team that was secretly created by Darkseid as a replacement for the ineffectual Intergang, although it quickly developed into something much more autonomous and individual.

Shadow Council

In 1865, by the end of the American Civil War, John Steele was discovered to be a spy working for the Union by a group of Confederate soldiers led by Aloysius Thorndrake. The vengeful soldiers chased Steele through Texas until they all stumbled into a portal that connected Earth to Mars. The portal was a pathway through a sidereality they would later name the Vanishing Point, where an ancient entity known as the Abyss was trapped since the dawn of time. Steele and the Confederate soldiers were tainted by said entity's touch and became his servants. At an unspecified point after that, the former Confederate soldiers created the subversive organization called the Shadow Council and started working towards building an army to give the Abyss. They established two bases of operations in each end of the pathway between Earth and Mars they had found, and used it until modern times.

Vicious Circle

The Vicious Circle is a crime cartel of evil super-freaks led by Overlord who operate out of Chicago. They have come at odds with The Savage Dragon, Malcolm Dragon, Superpatriot, Star, and Freak Force. By the 1990s, Chicago was being over-populated by Super-Freaks. Mafia boss Antonio Seghetti employs Cyberface to build him a power-suit to form The Vicious Circle, a new breed of criminal cartel, by posing as a Super-Freak crime boss called Overlord. Under his rule, The Vicious Circle dominated the Chicago underworld that makes Al Capone's reign look like a fairy tale. They were able to defeat the Chicago Police Department numerous times, until Frank Darling employs The Savage Dragon.
