===Story so Far===
===Recap===
"So, friends. Let's go from where we left off, okay? Ahem. So far.. the story goes like this."

"On appearances.. a bratty, diva-like princess somehow got ditched by her dad and alone in a castle on the border of literal HELL. The forces of hell -- the inhabitants of Jigoku -- are growing stronger. The emperor can't really risk this kind of crap, so he's reached far and wide for heroes with a deathwish to travel to Fushimi, the dive-princess's home to protect it. This includes the ninja clans that I'm very much a fan of and very dear to my heart. They've done well. ..but just as things are settling in for them, a bunch of summoned demon-freako's show up and start terrorizing the lands. This happened just as the diva-princess was trying to be like her daddy and strike a deal with the merchants and open up trade. The ninjas banded together and saved the princess and the merchants.. and now the ninjas are trying to bring to justice who's responsible for all of this...."

"blahblahblah festival happened before this too, forgot to mention that. Creepy other ninjas show up. The tendou clan, specifically. They're known for breeding and killing.. like a virus! Yep. They're pretty much a VIRUS. Anyway back to current events... Princess hires onmyouji because of the demon monsters. They show up. Bad guys try to kill them when they try to rally up the people and make a show of purifying the demon-monsters corpses. Turns out there's a few of the diva princess's royal guard who are in on this bogus deal. The crafty Kitsune girl manages to disguise herself as a guard in an opportune way and intercept a cursed letter. She also finds out who was involved in this. Long story short, one of the guards ran away to the Eastern City of Haru. One guard kills himself like a stupid dork and the other was caught and put in JAIL. He smells."
So, the princess made it to the castle with her trusty samurai friend, Kakita Yaeko. The other ninjas and swordsmen decided to spend some time wandering the city for some shopping in the esteemed trade city, Haru. They had fabrics, food, and spices galore! A total sweet haven for any merchant. Speaking of merchants, Seiya had made a friend with the Fushimi Merchant, Hirofumi and she had decided to help the guy out. I mean, those Juzo guards tried to kill him, so helping a guy out by checking his goods seems like the Good Samaritan thing to do. Anyway, Seiya went to Hirofumi's warehouse and noticed it was broken INTO and instead of stealing anything, someone had left a crate there instead. Seiya opened up that grate and lo and behold..! It was a bunch of bloody, burned rich people fabric and a broken priest staff. Seiya thought that this could be some sort of murder cover up, so she left the warehouse.. but just before she could locate the others, an old man named Hein ran into her and said he needed the crate. Seiya and Hein struck up a conversation which was kind of weird. Hein compared Seiya to Lady Kagura, a famous priestess of the Yata Clan that comes from a legend in his home city, Miho. Hein and Seiya kinda bonded and Seiya came clean about how the crate Hein was going to take was basically full of murder stuff. Hein was shocked and decided not to take the crate back to him in his shop in Miho, where he was paid to repair the items inside that box. Hein insisted that if Seiya was saving him by preventing him from taking that cursed crate and that if she ever comes to Miho, she should visit him. Seiya took his card and then met up with the others.

"The princess is kinda screwed at this point and her court know it. They want her to get married to the lord of Haru to appease the people and guarantee that there's safety. However, diva-princess is being LAME and not going to marry this guy. I mean, I can't blame her. He's got a huge nose and he looks really ugly. Not my cup of tea at all. She's also really freaked out about the fact that there's people in her own ranks that are out to get her and the demon-monster things screwed over the harvest so she's down on trade and morale is sinking. She tells the court that she's got to find out what's going on in the city first. This is where the heroes make a decision: The heroes split up to go to Haru to chase down that coward guard. The rest of the team stay back to make sure there aren't any other agents in on this." (more)
Back at Yaeko's mansion, the princess and Yaeko returned having some good news that the trade talks went really well! But the good mood was thrown off a bit because the crate with the murder goods was there. Yaeko, having recognized that garment before.. saw that it was the clothes that Juzo Harken had been wearing at the time of his demise. After continued jostling around, eventually a broken jade coin fell out of an inner pocket of the bloody rich person garment. The crew discussed what they should do and decided that they should reach out to the Haru family Onmyouji, Lady Sakurazuka. Lady Sakurazuka then arrived and took the coin, saying that this could be the key to uncovering secrets that Juzo had been hiding from Lord Takeshi, the second son of the Haru family. The crate, after that, was then disposed off and Juzo's clothing remains and staff were burned.

"So on the way to Haru they run into the DEMON SWORD QUEEN herself, Varia Seta. A known swordsaint and one of the diva princess dad's shitennou. She's totally BADASS and freaking hot. Okay? But anyways, back to the story. She finds out that the team are out to help the diva princess and she joins their ranks. They also run into some of the Tendou and it gets suuuuuper A-W-K-W-A-R-D. Especially since one of them has a total hard-on for Kamen. Kamen agrees to go on a date with one of them and get some information.. turns out the Tendou are going to Haru because the royal family wants to hire them for something. Uh oh. Weird."

"The team packs up to leave the next day and then they literally run into a DEMON CURSED land with a sleeping demon king. He's hot too. The uncover him and battle the souls of three demon assassins and free him. He's happy to be saved so he gives a sign to the Onmyouji superstar with them so she can call on him when she needs to. Cool stuff. I relate more to the onmyouji girl by the way. Anyways, moving on. The team eventually gets to Haru and they are let in with a letter from the diva princess. They chill out a bit and go take baths and eventually spot the second son of the royal family, Takeshi Fukamachi. He's covered in bandages and said to be cursed. The team ran up to him and asked if they could talk to him about some sensitive issues. He agreed. They met up later and were introduced to Takeshi's right hand lady, Hokuto. She's a little weird? But whatever. She was able to find the guard that the heroes were looking for. Turns out he's hiding in the slums of Haru.. and staying at a brothel. Takeshi's offering the heroes a place to stay so they can get to the bottom of this.. especially since it seems like that GUARD is in cahoots with the royal advisor, Juzo Harken. He's the one that's hiring the Tendou to find Takeshi's sister, the youngest of the royal family."

"..AND THAT'S IT. Play on."
